A weekend in Bendigo

We've just spent a lovely weekend in Bendigo. For his 30th birthday, I gave Chris a voucher for a sky diving course. The course is run in Bridgewater on Loddon which is about half an hour out of Bendigo. The plan was that Chris would go and do his course while the kids and I explored Bendigo. Then, on the Sunday, we'd all come to watch him do his jump. Well, it kind of didn't happen exactly as planned. Despite it being a beautiful day on Sunday the weather was just too windy for inexperienced jumpers so he wasn't able to jump. So it looks like we'll be back to Bendigo again in the near future!

Regardless of this, the kids and I had a lovely time exploring Bendigo. Here is a snapshot of what we got up to...
